This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through the online store diamondvestis.com, operated by Diamond Vestis s.r.o., Company ID: 57 21 22 28. We ship to the Slovak Republic, the Czech Republic, European Union countries, the USA, and selected countries in Asia.

3. Order Processing Time and Delivery Timeframes
The total delivery time consists of the order processing time and the shipping time.

4. Shipment Tracking
Each shipment includes a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent via email immediately after the parcel is dispatched. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website using this tracking number.
5. Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Coats are shipped in protective packaging that reflects the value and nature of the items.
6. Damaged Shipment
If you discover that the parcel is damaged (e.g., torn packaging, visible damage to the box):

Refuse to accept the damaged parcel and ask the courier to record the issue in their protocol.

If you accept a damaged parcel, immediately check the contents. If you find any damage, contact us as soon as possible (no later than 24 hours) and send photo documentation of the damage to: info(at)diamondvestis.com.
