Production process

Traditional craftsmanship, modern technology, absolute precision

The production of the Diamond Vestis coat is a combination of artistic creation, handwork, precise technique and an individual approach to each customer. Each piece is created as an original work.

1. Order and initial consultation

The first step is to create an order via the form. We will then contact you by phone and go over:

  • your ideas about the coat
  • desired style, colors and lengths
  • purpose of wearing (regular wear, representation, special occasions)
  • preferences regarding furs, prints and accessories

After the initial consultation, we will determine together the direction in which the proposal will go.

2. Selection of materials and determination of price

We have a wide selection of premium materials: printed fabrics, thick faux furs, viscose embroidery, Czech beads, satin accents and structured textiles.

The customer can choose:

  • online with photos, videos and a virtual swatch
  • personally in the studio, where he can feel the materials by touch

The price of the coat is determined by:

  • type of selected fabrics and furs
  • intricacies of decorations
  • cutting solution
  • time-consuming

After choosing the materials and clarifying the requirements, we will prepare an accurate price offer .

3. Visual and technical preparation (3D design)

After paying the deposit, the preparation is underway:

The cut is drawn exactly according to your measurements.

This will allow you to:

  • see a realistic depiction of the elements used and the overall style
  • display of material swing and fall
  • comparison of different colors and types of fur
  • checking the proportions and balance of the silhouette

At this stage, you can still suggest minor adjustments that we will incorporate into the final model. After the approval of the visual, we proceed to production.

4. Manual processing of materials

Each coat begins in the workshop with the preparation of individual components:

  • precise cut according to your measurements
  • hand shaping furs to have the required volume and symmetry
  • preparation of accessories – embroidery, ornaments, satin hems
  • manual beading for luxury models
  • we will coordinate all color and material elements

This creates a foundation that determines the character of the coat.

5. Sewing a coat

We sew the coat partly by machine and partly by hand using traditional techniques:

  • every stitch and line is stitched with maximum precision
  • Stressed areas are reinforced for long life
  • the lining is sewn so that the coat holds its shape nicely
  • the seams are hidden and finished clean

The result is a strong, comfortable and aesthetic piece of clothing.

6. Interim exam

For custom-made coats, we recommend a personal test in the middle of production , where we fine-tune:

  • sleeve length
  • waist circumference
  • fitting in the chest area
  • shoulder width
  • shape and density of fur trims

If you can't come in person, nothing happens, we will finish the coat according to your measurements. In the event that something does not fit, the coat can be adjusted additionally.

7. Final Completion and Submission

After sewing the coat:

  • we will clean it manually
  • iron and fix the seams
  • we check the symmetry of all parts
  • we will check the furs and decorations
  • treat the surface so that it is soft to the touch

Each coat goes through quality control, where two members of the team look at it. We then pack it in a luxurious Diamond Vestis protective package , suitable for long-term storage. You can pick up the coat in person — or we'll send it safely to you.
