Sizes and method of measurement
Accurate measurements = perfect fit
A tailored coat must fit so perfectly that it looks natural and feels like part of the body. That's why we care about precise targeting.
Measurement options:
-
Personal measurement in the studio
The most accurate way. We use professional tailoring techniques and measuring tools.
-
Measuring at home according to instructions
In this place, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a video demonstration. To measure, you only need a tape measure and the help of another person.
The most important measurements:
- chest circumference
- waist circumference
- hip circumference
- shoulder width
- sleeve length
- coat length by type
- bicep circumference (key data for fur sleeves)
Checking dimensions in 3D models
After entering the measurements, we transfer them to the 3D program, where we see how the coat will fit. If we see tension or too much reserve somewhere, we will let you know and adjust the design.
