Return Policy – Diamond Vestis
These terms define the conditions and rules for returning products purchased through the Diamond Vestis online store.
1. Return Period
The customer has the right to return undamaged and unworn goods within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Custom-Made Products – Exception
Products made to order (e.g., tailored coats, individually adjusted models, personalized items) cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be:
- unused and undamaged
- clean and free of any signs of wear
- returned with original tags and packaging

- customer name
- reason for return (optional)
After receiving your request, we will send you detailed return instructions.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. In the case of an approved claim, shipping costs are covered by Diamond Vestis.
6. Refund
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
7. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are considered final sale:
- products sold through auctions
- items listed in the “Final Sale” or “Clearance” section
- custom-made products
These items cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size or dissatisfaction with appearance.
